Cryptologic, the Irish/Canadian online gambling group which was recently purchased by Amaya Gaming, has extended an existing deal it has with the Swedish gaming entity, Betsson, which will see over 100 of Cryptologic’s titles integrated on to the 10 gaming sites run by Betsson.
Earlier this year, the two groups entered into the first phase of their deal which saw one of Betsson’s sites, Betsafe.com, go live with around 70 of Cryptologic’s games, including video poker, roulette, slots and blackjack. The games were added with Cryptologic’s Instant Click feature which allows the rapid integration of games onto partners’ sites.
The extension of the deal announced this week, will see even more games introduced across the sites, making them available to over 400,000 casino, sports betting, bingo and poker players.
The Vice President of Operations for Cryptologic, Ian Price said that he was pleased to expand his group’s agreement with Betsson, and the deal further validated the quality of the group’s games and their popularity among licensees’ customers.
The Head of Games of Chance at Betsson, Rudi Thomassen added that Cryptologic’s games have proven very popular with its customers and therefore Betsson was delighted to have extended its agreement with Crypto. He added that with more of the group’s games on Betsson’s sites, it will help the Swedish company continue to deliver the very best online gaming content.
Cryptologic’s recent acquisition by Amaya Gaming has resulted in a number of lucrative business deals lately, showing the industry that the group is bouncing back after several years of uncertainty and poor financial figures. Cryptologic’s licensees include some of the top brands in the business.
